We remove all trash/debris, then dust mop tiled areas using a microfiber dust mop. Walls, doors and frames are wiped down with an all-purpose cleaner, spot cleaned with a degreaser.

We work from the top down, thoroughly cleaning:
light fixtures, vents, and fans
window sills, surrounds, and coverings
desktops, including computers, phones, etc
larger equipment like copiers, printers, etc.
Lastly, we vacuum carpets and floors, then do a final dust mop. Trash liner is replaced.
Sanitizing – paying special attention to all high-touch objects like handles, railings, and door hardware.

Avoid over-filling storage.

Dust all remaining surfaces, sanitize high-touch areas.
Disinfect tables, seating, and coffee/food area
Clean and sanitize sink and backsplash.
Vacuum – Move furniture as needed. return in pleasing arrangement. Clean and replace mats etc. Damp mop as needed for hard surface floor.
Empty trash and recycling, replace liner

The Cleaning Process:
Pre-wet all areas to be disinfected: toilets, urinals, and sinks. Allow ample time for chemicals to work.
Wipe down all tile including backsplashes, and around entries, dividers and enclosures. Use a quality disinfectant solution.
Clean all chrome and mirrors, buff away prints and spots.
Doors, handles, and door frames: cleaned/sanitized.
Floors swept then mopped with disinfectant. Include baseboards.
All trash emptied, replace liners.
Air vents cleaned monthly.
Final visual inspection – everything look great?
