Things To Make Your Winter Cleaner and Healthier Winter is here, at least Mother Nature thinks so. Very soon the calendar will agree. Though I enjoy the change of the seasons, this year I've been feeling the effects of: 1. seemingly endless darkness, 2. cold and wind, 3. the feeling of being closed in – even by the extra layers of clothing needed to brave that cold and wind.
